Terms and Conditions Delivery Schedule Orders placed by midday are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-6 working days subject to availability. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail. Worldpay's system means that we do not get to see your card details and that the security of your card details is guaranteed. Tax Charges All products supplied within the UK so all of our charges include VAT at 17.5% Returns Policy You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. Goods must be returned in their original condition ie unopened and with seals and shrink wrap intact. We can only accept the return of unopened items if they are faulty. When you are returning goods make sure they are sealed and packaged in their original condition.
